RECOMMENDED SALES PROCESS

Having at least three cars in the showroom with PPF on them is preferable. Ideally these vehicles would have three different kits installed so customers can see the difference of coverage.
Introduce product to customer, then show them a front-line or showroom vehicle with the product installed on it.
Upon returning to the F&I office, show the customer kit options on the display board.
Show the customer the ultimate kit and deluxe kit first. Explain that these comprehensive kits will protect their new bmw better than a standard kit or no kit at all. Let the customer decide if they want less coverage.
Promote the key features of XPEL Ultimate: show a self-healing demonstration and how the film resists stains.
Show customers a quote from your bodyshop to repaint the front end of their vehicle. This will help justify the descision to protect their investment.

STRATEGIES TO INCREASE THE BOTTOM LINE

Price out kits as monthly payments rather than a lump sum.

Price out and offer the more comprehensive kits first, let the customer decide whether it’s affordable.

Once the customer has decided on a front-end kit, offer the popular upgrades.
