- Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.

- Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation experience: 2 years
- Must have a valid G2 or Full G drivers license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to communicate in English clearly and effectively.
- Ability to safely and comfortably drive vehicles. Practices safety, ownership & respect when working on or around all customers vehicle’s.
- Excellent hand eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for the automotive industry.
- Demonstrable experience is required.

Advanced Window Tint Film Installer
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Tinter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for high quality work and enthusiasm for the Automotive industry as a whole. Candidate must be able to learn and take constructive feedback and have the personality to hold themselves and their work to a very high standard. On going support and training will be given to help you reach the highest levels in Automotive tinting.
Duties:
- Apply window tint film to automotive glass with precision and care.
- Measure and cut tint film accurately to fit various window sizes and shapes. or use plotted templated for precise installs.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and ensuring they are free from dust, dirt, and debris before application.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance, ensuring that all installations meet company standards, and re-do any work that doesn’t meet that high standard willingly.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and offering recommendations on tint options.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance skills and service offerings.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in window tinting or a related field is mandatory but training and support will be offered.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform precise measurements and cuts.
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- A valid driver’s license is mandatory.

- Apply professional grade ceramic coatings (XPEL) on various surfaces; Paint, PPF, Glass, Wheels & Interiors.

- Maintain a clean work area.
- Perform job related duties as required.

Duties:
- Greet and engage customers, listening to their needs and advising on solutions across wheels, tires, accessories, paint protection film, window tinting, paint correction, and ceramic coatings.
- Educate customers on the features, benefits, and proper maintenance of our protection and enhancement services.
- Generate sales by preparing quotes, upselling where appropriate, and closing deals in line with company policies.
- Ensure accurate processing of sales transactions, invoicing, and scheduling of service appointments.
- Collaborate with installation and technical teams to ensure customer expectations are met/exceeded from quote to final delivery.
