Key Responsibilities:

• Prep vehicles for paint protection film installation by following a thorough wash, decontamination and disassembly process depending on the film being installed.
• Complete jobs as assigned by the Production Manager ensuring all line items on the work order are accomplished in a timely and professional manner.
• Install Paint Protection Film to a high standard of quality.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Perform job related duties as required.

Requirements:

• Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation experience: 2 years
• Must have a valid G2 or Full G drivers license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to communicate in English clearly and effectively.
• Ability to safely and comfortably drive vehicles. Practices safety, ownership & respect when working on or around all customers vehicle’s.
• Excellent hand eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm for the automotive industry.
• Demonstrable experience is required.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Tinter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for high quality work and enthusiasm for the Automotive industry as a whole. Candidate must be able to learn and take constructive feedback and have the personality to hold themselves and their work to a very high standard. On going support and training will be given to help you reach the highest levels in Automotive tinting.

Duties:

• Apply window tint film to automotive glass with precision and care.
• Measure and cut tint film accurately to fit various window sizes and shapes. or use plotted templated for precise installs.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning and ensuring they are free from dust, dirt, and debris before application.
• Inspect completed work for quality assurance, ensuring that all installations meet company standards, and re-do any work that doesn’t meet that high standard willingly.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and offering recommendations on tint options.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance skills and service offerings.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in window tinting or a related field is mandatory but training and support will be offered.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform precise measurements and cuts.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and stay current with industry standards.
• Capable of showing up on time everyday, 5 days a week.

• Complete jobs as assigned by the Production Manager ensuring all line items on the work order are accomplished in a timely and professional manner. Manage job timelines and communicate with the team on project status.
• Complete single and multi step paint corrections determined by the work order as part of the ceramic coating prep process.
• Apply professional grade ceramic coatings (XPEL) on various surfaces; Paint, PPF, Glass, Wheels & Interiors.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Perform job related duties as required.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid G2 or Full G drivers license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to communicate in English clearly and effectively.
• Ability to safely and comfortably drive vehicles. Practices safety, ownership & respect when working on or around all customers vehicle’s.
• Minimum of one year paint polishing experience. Must have a strong knowledge of paint correction techniques and tools ( DA polishers, compounds and polishes).
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Self motivated and able to work as part of a team environment.

• Greet and engage customers, listening to their needs and advising on solutions across wheels, tires, accessories, paint protection film, window tinting, paint correction, and ceramic coatings.
• Educate customers on the features, benefits, and proper maintenance of our protection and enhancement services.
• Generate sales by preparing quotes, upselling where appropriate, and closing deals in line with company policies.
• Ensure accurate processing of sales transactions, invoicing, and scheduling of service appointments.
• Collaborate with installation and technical teams to ensure customer expectations are met/exceeded from quote to final delivery.
• Follow up with existing and prospective customers to nurture relationships and encourage repeat service and referrals.
• Keep current on industry trends, new products, technology, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience, ideally in the automotive aftermarket or related fields.
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical and aesthetic features in customer-friendly terms.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, with comfort working in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with POS systems, quoting or CRM tools is a plus.
